Ghost Hust is so addictive! XD

Jigoku Shoujo (aka Hell Girl) is about a site called Hotline to Hell, which can be accessed only at midnight. If you write in there the name of the person you hate, Enma Ai (the hell girl) will come and take revenge on your behalf.

It's an interesting series, although maybe a bit too slow. Season two is currently being aired in Japan. :)

Oh man, I thought it sounded familiar! I have it in my favourites on crunchyroll.com, waiting for me to watch. I think I'll see it next, then. *trusts your judgement with anime* :33
