While I nervously bite my nails and await for claiming over at dracotops_harry, and resolutely resist planning the story that is yet to be mine, I’ve been keeping myself busy with a one-shot Kylux fiction.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh. Ehem, what would you think of starting up a kylux chat? (like hdwriters and merlin_writers have, so fandom specific but more to draw people together, not necessarily to only talk about that.) We do writing sprints on them as well. I find them really useful. Also, i'd just really like to meet more kylux shippers and im not a tumblr girl.

Oh goodness it's so good to hear from you--I've missed you! Yes and I've certainly missed your Kylux chats.

I haven't actually heard back officially from anyone on that front and I would be delighted if you would look over my short Vday Kylux fiction. As a fellow Kylux fanatic and even more so someone who has read CWU, I think it would be super helpful to have a set of eyes like your own go over it. I defintely feel like CWU is canon to me so their characterizations defintely mimic Hollycomb's as well as having elements from the universe she created.

Oh yes I would love that! I am so on the same page as you--I don't have a tumblr and have no interest in wading in that intense pool but sadly all the Kylux action seems to happen over there. I love the idea of crafting a stronger community here on LJ.

Hi! *waves* I'm the one that Birds (and her phone, apparently!) mentioned from AO3 :) My user name there is Palendrome; I'm still working on setting up my profile here, but you're quite correct when you say that the majority of the activity for the SW/Kylux community seems to be taking place over on Tumblr. That's probably the platform where I'm the most active, but it's so nice to see a Kylux community taking root here, as well!

Please feel free to let me know if you ever need a beta for your Kylux works--whether for this fic, or any future ones. I've been a SW fan for a long time, and actually write several ships, but SW:Kylux is my HP:Drarry :)

Oh my goodness, I could have sworn I replied to this! Yikes!

I sometimes wish I had tumblr, especially as I seem to miss all the fun and squeeing and fiction prompts, ect for Kylux but I just... can't with tumblr. It's far too confusing and... intense. I feel much older than my 29 years when I stare at the site in confusion and hide here in the safety of LJ, haha. But I do hope that the community grows a bit here and I'm happy that you've joined LJ. There is such an ease for communication and true interaction in my humble opinion.

Thank you so much for your kind offer! I so need more Kylux friends in my life. Poor Drarry has been nearly neglected lately with my deep love for Kylux. I would love it, if you're able, if you could look over this little Kylux one shot I wrote for Vday. I have it on googledocs if that works for you.
