Holiday Fests Signal Boosting!

I have been overwhelmed and excited with all the lovely stories and art flooding my flist this month.

Obviously everyone is well aware of hd_erised which already has featured some gorgeous art and stories, but there are other fests occurring too which I feel sadly get less love. Let's go shower them with affection!

Haha, yeah, I love how, if I have a day where I don't have much computer time, I fall completely behind in hours! So far I've been managing, but I don't expect that will last for long....

Yes, haha I started to catch up on my train ride today and then saw all the new postings. Phew, got to keep trucking along!

This is my second month of reading stories of all kind of fics in different fandoms. When I fell behind in November I got ill and caught up that way (reading is the last thing my ill brain ceases to do and the first to start again when I get better - if I can't read anymore something's amiss), but now all the pre-Christmas things are happening and I've fallen behind again. I'll do my best though it doesn't help when somehow a 200k fic worms its way onto the list... *sighs at herself* ...but yeah, I'm not giving up. :D

It's such fun to read so many varied fics across the board, isn't it? Sorry to hear you were sick but glad you are feeling better! Although nothing is a better cure than lots of glorious fiction.

OMG yes. I mean I love ERISED but part of the nice aspect of Owl post is that every fic isn't 20k + haha. When someone posts over 60k I just go, sigh and sadly put it on the end of the list. :x
