I gotta have some cushiony furniture for my sunroom, so I can get all cozy out there and read a book! The metal furniture looks cute though, hard, but cute!

Well, if we had that house and that back porch - it'd be for reading the paper on the weekends, watching the birds, and I love the 'not quite outdoors' feel that the metal furniture would give it - BK gets some good ideas sometimes!

Although right now I'm in an "I don't even want that house" mood, so who knows? I really need to get in it again and have another look around.

I think that's good since it's not for sale! Although, if it does come back on the market, I'm sure you will be the first one in for a showing!!

I'm sure she still wants to sell - why have it for sale for the better part of a year otherwise? I am glad it's off the market, though, gives us leverage and the very important element of surprise! ;)
