hahaha i pictured you kristin and marie tubing on a 1 person tube and all flying off hte second the boat started moving. haha. ooh it looks like you had an awesome time. was the party at kate guissipones house? i love that girl. annnyway im sure ill talk to you later. love uuu. -rad

hahaha that sounds like you had so much fun! I know the feeling of not wanting to go, we got that when we were in Vietnam...but instead of catching a ferry and re-catching a ferry back, we went to the beach via domestic flight without confirmation of a flight back to the city (Saigon) AND without telling anyone (namely parents) therefore putting us in the position of possibly being stranded forever in paradise without a flight back to Saigon let alone a flight home to Singapore as we would have missed that too. Unfortunately, we got the confirmation while we were there. Damnit.

On another note, I've always wanted to try tubing...it sounds awesome.

We just kept it between the three of us! our trip to vietnam was a trip that we had to organise ourselves so we lied and told our parents that all our flights were sorted and everything. from our calculations, with all the money they gave us, which was lots (because they were scared we'd get kidnapped by tiki cannibals from fiji), we figured that we could survive a couple of weeks in paradise before running away with other backpackers and travel around asia. WOO!

In the end no one found out because we ended up getting that flight. Bah. Life can bite you in the ass sometimes.

i found that whole thing quite entertaining. and yeah, kneeboarding with a knot is a little sketch. im not even sure how you do it. aaanyways they'll be time for more kneeboarding next summer.
