I have successfully uploaded all the image packs, base packs, and brush files to my file server once again. All the links should be working correctly now. If not, please let me know so I can fix it

Not that I know of, anyone can add me to their friends list and comment on entries...I'm the only one who can actually make entries, so in that aspect it is indeed closed...but not to people adding it to their friends list or commenting.
Right now I'm not taking any requests, but if you add the community to your friends list I do make Request Posts periodically, so you're welcome to make a request then.
