As of today, 21st November, I cannot make any outgoing calls or send any outgoing text messages.
Stupid Globe Telecom was supposed to send us the bill, but they kept saying BS as to why they haven't sent it to our specified receiving address yet, and the thing is I'd rather not pay unless the bill is with me.

and yeah, i have been a victim of their poor customer service. but not like this. > . < #
i hate to compare but at least with BPI Banking, they are very efficient and they were even able to give us a copy of our billing on the same day when the SOP was after 3days since we told them that the deadline is coming up and we really want to see our billing before paying anything.
really, i hope this should be resolved soonest.
