My line got cut.

As of today, 21st November, I cannot make any outgoing calls or send any outgoing text messages.

Stupid Globe Telecom was supposed to send us the bill, but they kept saying BS as to why they haven't sent it to our specified receiving address yet, and the thing is I'd rather not pay unless the bill is with me.

I'd love to but I keep hearing how Smart isn't always that great from relatives.

Besides, I have to inform at least 100 people if I decide to switch. Hassle din. D:

did you asked them to give you an email or fax copy of the bill? that's what we usually do and we then tell them that they should be prompt next time.

hope this is resolved soonest.

We did, and are still waiting for it. This is like the nth time they've been late in sending us the bill. XP Ah well. Thanks for the help. {sigh}

geh. useless ppl. you should write to the management and tell them off and plus send same letter to DTI as attachment with another complaint for unfair business practice and cc: to Globe Telecoms. *hugs*

and yeah, i have been a victim of their poor customer service. but not like this. > . < #

i hate to compare but at least with BPI Banking, they are very efficient and they were even able to give us a copy of our billing on the same day when the SOP was after 3days since we told them that the deadline is coming up and we really want to see our billing before paying anything.

really, i hope this should be resolved soonest.
