Hello! Nice to have heard from you and happy 2005.

I love the bird sightings, I would take those as good omens as well. I have not seen any lovely creatures lately, only fruit flies from an overripe banana that was in the kitchen. I do not want them visiting, although they might have lovely personalities (it's possible!).

The tsumani disaster is horrendous, I can't begin to imagine what it was like to go through that or to live in the countries where that occurred. So many missing and unaccounted for. :(

To you too, dearie! I hope you like the calendar, as I understood Staybeautiful was unhappy with the quality of the paper.

(A banana, now what does that remind me of...)

It is a terrible tragedy. And so many unidentified bodies too, it must be awful to have no absolute certainty, and to have nowhere to go to mourn.

The calendar is wonderful! It's the same paper quality of any calendar that I've seen or that is available in the stores here. Simon (Mr. January) is smiling at me right now! :)

I never got to wish you a very Happy New Year :). I guess you know how it is being away from livejournal and then struggling to keep up, it's like a job in itself...and that sentence just made me blush....;)
