The Pirate Bay is found guilty of copyright infringement1. Does this mean Google and other search engines are guilty of copyright infringement? They link to torrents and copyrighted material as well

It's in Swedish but but google translate will do big chunks at a time.

Keep an eye on Sofia (if your not already that is). She's extremely up to date and will know of a translation as soon as there is one, or do one herself.
