Ya know, with the symptoms you gave, I was expecting a worse diagnosis. You know, the headaches corresponding with the start of a not yet ended growth spurt in Sam? Have you ever heard of a pituitary tumor? ;-)

Haha, I have not heard of that tumor. I didn't mean anything worse than killer migraines, since I had my share of them through my teen years too. Dean ascribes it to his growth spurt, but I think he knows deep down it has more to do with the stress of hunting and whether or not his father and brother will keep coming back in one piece.
