Thanks to Joe of Anovos, I know whats up with the undershirt now. I can't believe I didn't think of this! I knew that the undershirt had to be sleeveless cause they would show otherwise, but I did not think of the undershirt being a body suit. It's a leotard! AHHHHH

I applaud you on your dye job. I'm afraid I'm not quite so devoted in my costume accuracy. May I ask, how did you do the binding of the sleeves to the body of the dress? I'm mostly a self taught sewer, and I've never used that technique before.

As for the dying, I was actually referring to the pattern on the red fabric. I actually do have a fabric that approximates the color of the red shirts - as much as any solid color can approximate a pattern like that.

Yes, a lot of people have just ignored the whole delta print thing cause it's hard to replicate. An idea that I considered was to buy the large Rubies shirts sold at costume stores and cut the fabric pieces out of them. Though you would probably have to buy several and may have to create some seams that aren't original to the costume.
