if you want to know how many calories you're having each day, you can sign up at slimfast.com
and like they have a nutrition counter thing where you type in what you ate for each meal and it tells you all the nutrition facts for everything.
its pretty neat :]

i use something similar to your friend, i put all the food that i eat into fitday.com it records everything including activities and weight changes. its a pretty sweet website! it keeps me on track and im sure it would help you!
also, you totally dont need to lose weight!! if you want to feel healthier id suggest just keeping track and make sure you eat enough of the right things and get your nutrients you need!

yeah, mandy showed me that. haha. we figured out that one Qdoba burrito is like worth half a days worth of food. ahhh! haha. weneed to hang out soon.
