There is this woman at my work. Everytime I come in to band some papers, she is yaking away to the mentally retarded guy. She won't stop talking! Even if the guy she is talking to [who doesn't really seem to be listening] walks away, she continues babbling about paying her phone bills, etc. Then to top it all off, she tells the man the same thing
