Mondays can be a real trip. I come into work later than usual, read the news and pretty much spend about two hours thinking what the fuck. Seriously. I only really read the news on Monday and then after that I can't really do it. Maybe the "Fix" on Salon, or the "Offbeat" news from CNN, but that is about it ( Read more... )

It is offical, I am going to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on November 12th!!! (I also get to meet the CEO of NetJets, which is exciting for me, but not for anyone else)

Columbus is getting a new American Apparel store! I drove by the storefront on High at 5th on my way home and saw them setting it up. I checked online and there is definitely one coming to that location. I can't wait. If you don't know what I'm talking about check out www.americanapparelstore.com.

I just got back from a trip to the Viking. For those of you who used to go there, its a new staff now. They are all from Turkey and I think they have something to do with the Turkish coffee shop next door. Today I am so excited. I go take my drug test later today, the final step before my new job is official! AND! I found out earlier today that Modest Mouse tickets go on sale next Friday for a show in June at PromoWest! Ha, this is silly. But also true. Today work is so incredibly boring I don't know if I can even make it until lunch, in 35 minutes.
Tonight is supposed to be knitting group but no one else RSVP-ed except for me and Julie. Hrmmm.
Good news though, tomorrow and for the weekend it is supposed to be nice just in the 60s.
