well today i was sick. last night i went for a run on the tredmill for an hour and i haven't ran in awhile so i was sore too. but i felt like i was going to faint and shit. weekend will soon be here though : ) tomorrow night i think we're goign to watch some fight thing on the rockies.. and then on saturday we're partying for jason's 17th birthday
