There's a couple out there. You can see the neighbor's turn on in the video. I've got a better plan (at least for this guy).

Oh... and I think this guy is in his 20's or 30's.

Actually a delayed motion sensor light would be even better. Imagine it...the guy walks over, unzips and as soon as he starts to whiz, WHAMMO the lights come on! Can you imagine someone trying to run away while taking a piss?
