Please excuse the lack of updates lately. Getting towards the end of the term (had to write TWO papers over the weekend, each about 5 pages) and have been going to the gym like crazy. So, brief, bulletted update:
- Lost 2lbs. Convinced it would have been more if Aunt Flo hadn't shown up Saturday.
- Love having a hot tub and pool at the gym, wonderful

Barring a large pile of homework for the weekend, I plan on making a picture post this weekend. All the little cheery flowers popping up will definitely be included. :)

I wish your gym-spiration would rub off on me. I need to get rid of this belly! We've been discussing jogging, but discussing is about as far as we've gotten. ;)

Breakfast: 1 nutrisystem breakfast, 1 fruit serving (you can substitute 1/2 a cup of juice if you want), 1 dairy/protein serving (I usually have yogurt.)
Lunch: 1 nutrisystem lunch, salad (as much as you want), dairy/protein serving (string cheeeeeeeeeeeese!)
Snack: 1 fruit serving, 1 dairy/protein serving
Dinner: Nutrisystem dinner, salad, 2 vegetable servings, 1 fat serving
Dessert: Nutrisystem dessert. Which ranges from cookies to a chocolate bar, carmel popcorn, and soy chips - those remind me of those mini quaker rice cakes. They also have a chocolate shake and hot cocoa.
Then there are certain extras you can have. Like you can add 1 tbsp of ketchup to anything. And you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but you are supposed to do that anyway no matter what diet you go on.
