Today Phil and I are starting on Nutrisystem. We decided to go with that for the pure convience of food being delivered to us, and since I have school 3 nights a week, I can't really take a long time to cook. We do add in salads, fruits, vegetables, and dairy each day. And today we are going to join the gym. I'm all motivated to hopefully lose ( Read more... )

I've heard a lot of people on Nutrisystem that have had great success. And those that decided to quit have sold their food on eBay. (So that's always an option if you want to continue with the program and not spend all that money to them.)

As for me, I have a problem with food that doesn't need refrigeration, haha! But yay for healthy lifestyle changes!

Yeah, I was iffy about that - I tried to avoid as much things with meat that I could, but it's not too bad. Kindof like the chicken in chicken noodle soup and stuff.

He actually ordered a fair variety of stuff. He also gets to eat more red meat, which would make him happy. Only time he can do that at home is when he grills it himself, haha.

Cantilever is indeed an architectural term...I did my senior project on transportation in my city and how it affected my life in poetry form, and a lot of the bridges were of the cantilever persuasion. Haha.

I learned the word in my drafting class last year, so I have no idea how it would work with bridges, just buildings. :)

PS, I would take the shoe definition thing to mean maybe a reinforced arch?

Maybe, but it didn't look like it was referring to the arch. I just know how it works on buildings. Like those balconies that just stick out of the building with no posts underneath, those are using cantilevers, the floor beams of the balcony go into the building twice as deep as they stick out.

regardless, 'Cantilever ' is a fun word. I just want to repeat it over and over.
