I love Oliver and Felicity together to and its def not the last of it, he will fight with himself to be with her and I think they will be on and off for awhile until something truly pushes him to say the hell with it and be with her anyway, she knows him through and through for who is as Oliver now and as Arrow. they have such a great connection and depth they are so perfect together. but I am afraid the writers will screw it up because I have read she may date Ray or even Barry ugh.
Yeah, I figure this season being about identity will mean that Oliver's journey will consist of reconciling his two identities and balancing them in order to be a better person and a better hero. I'm just pissed at him for making Felicity suffer through his indecisiveness.
I am completely fine with Felicity dating other people, if it happens. Oliver is an asshole for expecting her to...what? Wait for him even though he's saying he might never be able to have a life outside the Arrow? I mean, as a TV viewer I know that anyone that Felicity dates is just going to be temporary, because that's not the story they're telling. If anything were to get between Oliver and Felicity, I'd be more worried about the writer's infatuation with Lauren and them never giving up on Oliver and Laurel being destined or whatever crap they were spouting in the beginning. (Of course, if that happens I'm pretty much expecting to be done with the show because ewwwww.)
if he gets back with Laurel I will be so pissed, they have no chemistry and no deep connection, you could tell when he met Felicity the connection was instant. I know in the comics Oliver is married to Laurel but I do not know how much they are following the comics
I feel sorry for all the Sara fans because that was a shitty way for your favorite to die. I'm not so much mad that she's dead, but that she's only dead because: Laurel.
Honestly, I know that Oliver is a dick and completely oblivious about some things, but I really like him. Considering where he started and how far we've come and how, since he met Felicity and took her talk about being a hero instead of a vigilante to heart, he's been trying to be a better person I feel miiiiles better about him now than I did at the beginning. When I started watching I was so worried about him being a Batman type hero (which is a type I hate) that seeing him developing into something so much more makes me really hopeful that he will do better, be better. And get over his stupidity and go get the girl he loves, because that nonsense he was spouting in the hospital is just stupid.
