I love red purses (and red shoes) and yours is very sleek and elegant. Hmm, except for Euros and someone else's keys, I carry everything that you carry, and then some. Oh, but I only have one kind of lip balm, and two kinds of painkillers, heh. I carry my keys (house and car on the same ring) in my pocket because if my purse gets snatched or lost, I figure I can at least get home.
That Farscape wp is breathtaking.
Please let us know what you think of Mentalist. I need news shows like I need (another) hole in the head, but that one looks interesting.
I usually tend towards black or brown leather purses, but I loved this one. And it's really the perfect size for vacations, because it's small, but I can still cram in my wallet, camera sunglasses and a few extra bits and bobs. However, for everyday use it just slightly misses the mark. Just sometimes I'd like to be able to bring a water bottle that I don't have to leave in my car. Or a paperback. Or...well, anything, really.
Isn't it just gorgeous? The text reads "you cannot walk with us, don't even try", which I just love.
As for The Mentalist, I'm not sure what to think. Speaking as someone for whom Psych didn't work, this set-up works much better for me, but I can also easily see myself getting bored in a couple more episodes. EASILY. I will give it a shot, though.
The thing is, unless I have something like that, where I don't have to pick one fandom over another, I will stick to boring old nature images or something so I won't have to make such a monumental decision.
It's so great! And even though I feel Robin gets short shrifted in season 2 (it feels like she disappears, only to become whatever she needs to be to move Ted's story forward), it's still the season where I finally became invested in the show as opposed to just being invested in Barney.
Ooh, that Gmail e-mail changer thing looks really useful. I'll definitely be looking into it.
Speaking of HIMYM, do you have any idea how to add 4+ word interests to your interests? I was able to add "how i met your mother" thanks to someone posting it in their user info, but there were a few new 5-word (and more) interests that I was hoping to add, and every time I try, it says they're too long. I just thought you might have some idea.
I do know! Instead of spaces, use the url coding for a space: %20 That way, the words run together and count as one word. I think there's a character limit, though, so you might want to check on that too.
Eek, I just tried that and the spaces came out as %20. Hmm, maybe I'll do some more searching. But thank you! That definitely seems like it should work. Aah, you know so much about LJ and the world of Firefox extensions. :-)
I tried some more coding stuff, and &nb*sp; (minus the asterisk, of course; I can't remember how to show coding) seems to work. But you definitely led me there, so thanks!
Thanks! It's not my usual style or color, but I've been really pleased with it for the two or so years I've had it. Except for the size, that is. I really need a bigger purse, at least as an alternative.
