I've been thinking lately how rarely you hear people say your own name.

Usually people, apart from my family, only say mine when I fist tell them my name and they repeat it back to me...Only I heard John say my name when he was talking to someone the other night, it sounded so weird.
I Wonder if it's the same for everyone.

I often think about this.
I hear Steve saying my name quite alot as it happens, around the pub to people. Yup it's weird.

That's got to be the first time I've heard him use my name though, strange.
