i haven't had my wisdom teeth out yet and i'm 21 this weekend. i was supposed to this summer but now it might be over x-mas break :( i'm not looking forward to it either. i've never been put under and i'm more than a little scared myself. depending on the person taking them out, i've heard of people being fine in a day or two. eat lots of ice cream and feel better!

I threw up from the anaesthetic the rest of the day, but the day after the surgery, I was eating steak.

My wisdom teeth still haven't grown in yet (I'm 22) so I feel for you since I am probably going to have to have mine extracted somehow. Hope everything goes well with you!

Ask them for Vicodin!! They usually give you some after the ordeal, but it never hurts to ask.

XD They gave me this pain medication and I don't remember what it's called (I'll go check in a second) but my mom (who's a nurse) said it's really close to Ketamine! ^_^

Terrible like you would not believe. I'm sick of the taste of blood in my mouth. X(
