ahhhh Barista'in... I will have new found respect.. IF your location has manual machines.. meaning none of that automatic tamp/pull shot rigs.. fuck I hate those.. (being a die hard barista myself.. well.. when i can be)

Well the manual machines give you more controll over how long your pour, how tight you tamp the shot and so forth... it allows you to make the most desired shot with the most desired crema on top... I'm such a coffee geek =)
