rule of thumb on swimming:
if the water is slightly cold to you, it's freezing to them :). it's super hard for them to regulate their body temperature. i took addison swimming this weekend only because the water was warm. about 85-90degrees. from what i've read, you want the water 83-90 degrees :).

also, you can totally reuse the swim diapers. as long as they dont poop in them :P.

& to go to great wolf, you have to get a room for the night =/. which runs about $200+!! i totally want to go though. hahaha.

my husband works at great wolf so we get in free. i suppose i should have mentioned that. :P but you're right abut them not letting in outsiders...and the rooms start at 300...they had a 200 promo rate when they opened, and during spring break all the rooms were 500+ 0.o

you lucky duck! i cant believe they are that expensive!! i manage a girls clothing store & my customers are ALWAYS saying how they spent the weekend at great wolf.
i should of gotten a job there when they were hiring :P

great wolf has downsized it's retail dept many times so it might be just as well. also they dont pay that well...i think the retail manager makes 26000-28000. my husband is looking for a new job because of that.

I just tried OFF!'s bug spray the other day. It was actually a spray and not greasy. I hate lotion except for Curel, so you should try it!http://www.offprotects.com/insect-repellent/ It was the big bottle.

it has deet in it which im noy comfy using around a baby. i have herbal repellant im just stupid :(
