I have two sizes, nb/sm and med/lg. The med/lg fits about 20-40lbs. there is also a third snap along the leg opening so you can customize the fit.

i charge $12 for the cover and i would assume shipping for something that small shouldn't be more than $2

You can pay me at prettyprinted@gmail.com or through my online store...it will autocalculate the shipping. just make sure you choose US postal service because for something that small it's cheaper than UPS. either way you'd be doing it though paypal...whatever you're more comfortable with.
