On Saturday morning Adam and I went to check out the canopy company we found online, that looked to have good quality marquees at the best prices

I think the 2x 3x3's is a good idea as that gives us more options and the 5 year warranty is also a good sign as the ones we have bought so far have been lasting about 2 years before they die.
I dont think the awnings are really necessary, if anything that just adds another sail to it that isnt going to be rigidly attached to the frame which will make the whole thing less stable.
I also dont think the printing is really worth it. It's a nice idea but $630 is a lot of money to spend on a vanity when we have such a long list of actual equipment we still want to buy - the materials for the dome were going to cost about that much.
This place is awesome and they know what they are doing/talking about. The guy there recommended the best option for us and our use based on info we provided rather than trying to sell us something in particular. they also stock spare parts at reasonable prices should we ever need to make repairs.
I think the 2 x 3x3 marquees is a great option providing better strength ad less wind resistance when together and also the flexibility to be used individually as well.
If people are happy to go with the printing option then that's fine. I'm not fussed either way on the printing, I think it would look cool but realise it increases the price a fair bit.
2 x 3x3, no printing for reasons people have already listed. Not sure about the awnings, I can see them being useful in some circumstances, particularly when some people want to stand and stay out of the weather, but still be involved in conversation. But if they're an optional extra, perhaps we can decide on them later when we know if we really need them or not?
They'd be useful in that it would give an undercover area that isn't part of the chaos that under the marquee generally ends up being, although they might just extend the chaos. Now we know they're available we can have it in mind when we use the marquee and if after a few events we think "yeah, they would have been good" then we can put them on the list.
