Erectile Disfunction .

Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary says that "disfunction" is an acceptable variant of "dysfunction". Although I suppose that if we're taking the expression as a whole, as seen in tacky TV commercials, then there might be a case for misspelling.

Huh. I suppose the y-spelling is more accepted in the context, but the i-spelling is not all that wrong. Hmm.
