I like it. I have the iPhoto; I got it as a gift, so I didn't have to pay for it, thankfully.. but it's PRETTY SWEET, D0000D. The only thing is the battery needs to be recharged a lot because it runs out pretty quickly compared to a CD player.
I've heard great things about the music players from Creative, like the Zen and the Zen Micro. And the Zen Micro is TINY and comes in a rainbow of colors. So check that out if you want an alternative.

that would be my other option. i've been reading reveiws and they can't come to a definite conclusion, hence the dilema, but i'm leaning towards the iPod

Alls I gots to say is that the iPod is super pretty.
However, the Creative players have removable batteries.

What you need to do is get yourself a rich sugardaddy who will buy you both.

I love my iPod mini. I also got it as a gift, but I definitely would have bought one myself. They don't have the special features and as much memory as an iPod, but it'll still hold your music. They're about $200, for a 4GB (1000 song approx), and come in the four colors, as you know. Still expensive, but it comes with iTunes, which i think is worth a lot in itself. I don't know much about other MP3's, exept that most don't hold nearly as much music if you want to buy them cheap. My iPod lasts about 8-10 hours if you just play music on it. Maybe more.

well, i'm planning on getting a 20GB player, because they're about fifty bucks more than the 6GB ones, and i have a helluva lot of music. i've narrowed it down to the Creative Zen or the iPod, which are almost identical 'cept for the Zen's 24+ hour battery life and being somewhat less expensive and the fact that iPods have tons more accessories and are way prettier.

dilema!
