i'm so sorry to hear all of this. i've been there too, quite a few times. and there's nothing i can say that would make you feel better because i remember nothing made me feel better back when i had my heartbroken. and i know you won't believe me, but it really is true.... time is the only thing that can ever heal a real heartbreak. and it doesn't take days or weeks. if the love was real, it takes months. but the first step to take to get "over" everything is to accept how things are right now. and i don't think you've made that step yet. it's ok. take your time. but once you do make it, everything will start to get better. slowly but surely
