"Auth Missed"

Has anyone else been having this problem with the new LJ interface where on your friends page it keeps on popping up an annoyingly obtrusive "Auth Missed" box that comes back a few seconds after you click "dismiss?"

I've tried logging out and back in again and that didn't help anything.

I've found myself occasionally logged out, mostly on the friends page, but if I close the tab and reopen it thinks I'm me again. I have no explanation for this phenomenon.

I've not seen that, no. And I thought you didn't read LJ?

Where did you get that impression? I've just cut down on how frequently I check it.

I was pretty sure you told me that, but apparently not.

yeah I opened a support ticket and they were pretty unhelpful, just provided the usual "maybe you have malware!" etc.etc. and as an aside said that adblock plus "might" interfere with it. so I guess I need to figure out which JS file to whitelist.
