I made chocolate cookies with raspberry jam in the center.  Hooray for leftovers!  But they turned out bland--maybe even a bit too salty, probably since I only had about half the required

Oh man, you sound just like me in a cookshop. I actually do have brightly coloured silicone mini-bundt pans, an impulse buy no doubt. I also have nearly every size ramekin ever made but seriously, for someone who like both a) to dip vigorously; and b) to eat tiny amounts of things, I find them quite useful.

And STILL when I go into any cookshop I think...oooh! A Tiny Pie Dish! For Tiny Pies! NEED.

Which explains why I wear the same thing every day but have cupboards full of cookware. :)

Happy clock! Yikes at the price but it sounds worth it if it makes you so happy.
