Not this bullshit again.

It's well past high time that this idiocy stopped. This Navy program is nothing more than a make-work welfare program for so-called "scientists" whose incompetence would make them hard-pressed to get a job flipping burgers at Mickey D's.

It hasn't worked in fifty years, and it never will.
