anyone in the mood for a new layout?

and i'm thinking of starting a survey that everyone can kinda answer to give others an idea of your lvl of experiance, what you've seen in person, etc.

how does everyone feel about this?

also, if you have any person pictures to post, please feel free to do so. i look forward to hearing some responses!
