when watching VH1, and the thing for Britney Spears' I love the music commerical comes on, at the end its some of her songs, and theres this one like where shes like 'IN THE ZONE' what song is that from?

I think you're referring to "Me Against the Music" since there's a part in it that goes "I wanna get in the zone, I wanna get in the zone..."
