Once in a while, it's just really hard to say what I really want to say, and along with that, hear what I most likely do not, but need to hear.

Life can be annoying like that. I just try and put my needs first with out being to much of a douche bag. Valid criticism will help you go a long way too. What I have trouble with is filtering the valid with the down right disrespectful. That can be a pain in the ass ha.
