I'm having the weirdest mood swings out here. Maybe it's because I stopped birth control? Shouldn't I be more normal now? well, when you're on birth control, it teaches your body to stop making it's own hormones because it gets used to having them supplied and regulated. so when you stop, even though the pill hormones leave your system after a couple of days, it can take up to 6 or 7 months (although normally it's closer to 3) for your body to start producing them how it used to... which can make you feel different or cause other problems until then. sort of crazy! haha just had to share that with you, i hope spain is amazing!!
