Ishida Akira will always be my favourite seiyuu, no doubt about it. However, second-in-place Kamiya Hiroshi level is rising fast fast fast - hearing him sing the theme song for Starry Sky in Summer cinches it. HE CAN SING! *O

..although I'm beginning to think that not only is it the voice; I have a sinking feeling that it's guys who speak Japanese who turn me on. . . which is very dangerous, considering that I'm going to Japan next year?!?! >__<;<-this, I Lol-ed. I've met a number of japanese guys who have nice voice but some are just horrible. Some drag on like they're lazy to open their mouth so the words are obscure as well...== I get pretty vexed when i hear these kinda guys speaking. XD; But overall, most of them have decent voice and even though some of them don't have, well, the attractive look, just listening to their voices make you fall for them. lol
