Woke up at 0700, had breakfast, then met Mei and Kaatai at Kamata station before heading off for Ikebukuro~! I'm more curious how did you collect the stamps! Sad right! Do you ask from the people manning the booth or...?

Some booths they left the stamps there for us to get ourselves, others had the staff stamp them for us 'w'

Yeah halfway thru the game, the Shinsengumi lost to pro-Imperial forces who were using Western weapons and tactics. So Hijikata decided to adopt Western ideas/clothes in response.
