Checked out Owl City on Youtube - oh yes I like. ♥ I had Fireflies on loop during my flight to Japan, when everyone else was asleep and I was on the verge of tears; the lyrics made me laugh. The lyrics are so simple, yet deep in a way that makes me smile. :D

Looks pretty direct. Total of each section on the left, breakdown of each section below the total on the right. add up everything on your left = total cost of bill which is written below.

544 = basic charges. you have 50% off
4620 = optional charges. Pretty much what your phone plan doesn't cover. (EZ WIN, 22-, and... i think security?. another 220. Then your extra charges of 4180 comes from EZWIN and PC site connection fees. Surfed too much net over the allowed amount?)

Your local call charges is 80 yen, while your mail, surfing and PC Site (Is your internet connection provider from this company as well?) charges are all listed below (at 50% discount) and those are covered by your package.

1602 = international calls.
2700 = your call package admin fee (probably a 1 time charge)
8 = universal service charge. prolly overhead charges.
630 = Pay charges for misc charges, like information, au, and tax. etc.

Finally consumer tax 397
