I was just talking to a vocal coach who works with one of the local dinner theatres, and he was telling me that--with the show they're doing right now--the actors didn't even get music until two weeks before the performance (they have condensed rehearsal schedules, but still, crazy).
So, yeah, you're not alone. Somehow I don't think it'd be a show if there weren't something left to the last minute. But when it all clicks, not only will it rock, but you'll have Cool Theatre Story about how close it came. ;)
Three days and you haven't run the show yet? Pshaw! That's plenty of time. Sometimes here at work the first full run in front of an audience is the first!

I could tell you Sweeney Todd stories that would make this sound like a walk in the park.
Don't worry. It is like this for every show they do. It will come together.
