He is less arrogant! I feel like he has feelings for her already but he pushes them down because of her status, and he knows his father wouldn't approve. And maybe he even thinks he isn't good enough for her, cause deep down I think he doesn't have the confidence he pretends to have.
Plus I have this whole mental canon where they used to be friends when they were younger and she was a tomboy and they used to play sword fight. But then she grew up and grew boobies and he was like whoa, feelings. I don't know what to do with these. So they sort of grew apart but still have this history.
Anyway. lol
