Okay...I don't really know what the problem is, and I've been going back and forth with my hosting company about this for DAYS now! They're usually really helpful, but I just feel like they don't really understand the problem at all. They keep asking me for all of this information, and then I'll finally get someone who realizes that IT ISN'T ME WHO
