She has already stolen 4 of mine from my personal domain.

And of course, xanga is useless in solving these matters.

That was me. On my site, I state that the graphics are copyrighted to me, as I made them - meaning no one else is allowed to use them.

It doesn't make a difference if you credited me. You are not allowed to use them.
