1. i'm not sure what an aneurism feels like, but i think i may have had one at the gym today. there was this blinding pain that all of a sudden erupted at my temples and the back of my head, except it was inside my brain, of course. this is the second time this week it's happened. both times during circuit training at the gym. they've added

4. Where do you get almond milk? Is it as good as rice milk? I still won't buy milk. For my coffee I get half and half.

4. i lied. i had the cereal with vanilla soy milk. i also bought chocolate almond milk during the same store visit, which is why i was confused at to which flavor went with which non-milk milk product. i found them both at kroger in the isle with the natural (i.e. weird) cereal. the chocolate almond milk was pretty good, but i don't remember the last time i had rice milk, so i can't really compare. i'll have the get that next time.
