Wow. I'm post negligent.

Damn. Seriously I knew I was behind and getting worse by the day with the return of TV, but until I really looked at the calender I didn't realize that it had been 3 weeks since I made a post. I would love to tell all of you how very busy and productive that time has been - and even though last week WAS a bear at work, I really have no more excuse ( Read more... )

Oh yes, we have a similar schedule: BSG, Bones, House, SPN. Lost when I've seen S3. Moonlight for the time being, but we'll have to see if Jason Dohring makes up for the bland.

I wish I had your TV schedule. And TiVo so I could just not stress about having to watch stuff until I can marathon. If I ever get my finances a bit straighter I might look into that threw my DirecTV. As it is I'm still living in the 90's with my VHS and not enough hours in the day. Bleh.

I'm not as up to speed on the Justice League movie as I probably should be considering Tom is being buzzed to play Superman, which is all I have ever wanted (until I saw Superman Returns and was blown away by Routh in a new and different sort of way) - but I'm just not completely sure I think the project is a great idea, so I'm trying not to get to wrapped up in it. Of course that is swayed by my desire for the JL movie not to sully the future new Superman and Batman franchises in the least. If they kept it completely separate, like the cartons and comics then I would be OK with it.

I'm not sure how many episodes Nathan is signed for, but considering that movie if it does go threw won't film until at least next spring or summer, I would say that DH's season would be done. The question is with our boys star on the rise will something else snatch him up first?

Thanks for the quote-age. And even if you can't maintain the pace of keeping up with all of these (which I'm sure you probably won't, with the rugrats and all), it's still an admirable list, nonetheless. I approve.

You already know this, but the only show here I don't watch is House, and that's just because I've yet to get to that show on my Blockbuster queue. It's slowly moving up, but my rentals have slowed with all the new TV. Perhaps I'll get through seasons 1-3 by the time S4 is ready for DVD.

And lastly - just because I'll say this wherever I can - Smallville just needs to go away and die this year, so we can both stop doing this to ourselves, AND so Screech and Jabba can stop trampling all over the "new" mythos. It's shameful. And the cast is so obviously ready to move on, contractual obligations being their binds to the show now. Honestly, it would be a mercy killing for all parties involved.

*blushes* Darling, that's all I aim for.

Yes, you DO have to catch up on House, but don't you have BOOKS to read now as well? If you don't have them yet you should soon. :X Your TV list is beyond impressive and actually borders on insane, but then again you know that. You are seriously the guru with all things media. And I'm not just saying that because I love you so much. What amazes me is that reading your schedule makes you sound like a total nerd on wheels. What these ladies here don't know is that you are tall, dark-ish and hot to boot as well as probably the smartest person all around I have ever met. Even if I can (and HAVE) beat you in Seen It. I wouldn't play Trivial Pursuit with you, that's for damn sure. ((See, you make me blush and I make you blush right back - that's how it works Daddy ;P ( ... )

Actually, the first two books arrived in the mail today, so I may make a point to try and get through the first one this weekend, and the second one in the week or two after that. By that time, the boxed set from Amazon should be arriving (I hope), so I won't need to wait anymore on the slow-ass library reserve list.

I need to get the new Scene It! theme games, like Friends and different movie versions. Sometimes that game is equal parts chance and knowledge (hence your supposed win - which was by like one question, I think).

I wouldn't play Trivial Pursuit with you, that's for damn sure.Funny story - over the last several years since college, Michelle and her folks will sometimes have Trivial Pursuit nights at their house when her brother John and his girlfriend (now wife) were in town. I always ended up being Michelle's partner, and I don't think we've lost in the half-dozen or so times we've played. Not that I'm tooting my own horn or ( ... )

Oh, I'd partner with you in Trivial Pursuit in a freakin' second. That is like a freebie for success. And yes, I totally agree that my Scene It victory was some luck, but can't you let me have my small victories! Besides, you must admit I'm somewhat formatable of an opponent. Which given your almost photographic memory for all things pop culture must be somewhat hard to come across.

I don't toot anyones horn who doesn't deserve it. Even for prizes and bribes. Although I can be bought for the right price you never have to resort to such because I honestly adore you - and you know it. Now that said, I will be working on my Christmas time DVD desires list. I think all of S3 Entourage is a given as well as S3 of BSG. Others will be added I'm sure, but for now that's really all I got.

Yeah, well, you're still ahead of me on the posting thing!! I'm determined that today WILL be the day I finally post about Labour Day!!

I'm totally with you on LOST and BSG - though we have to wait for DVD or watch it off the internet since we don't have TV network on our TV. It's ok, though because our schedule is so crazy . . .

I will definitely have to check into Bones and SPN one of these days!
