I apologize to everyone on my flist for being pretty much a zombie to the lj world in the past 2 weeks, but life has been kicking me around a bit. Nothing dramatic just overly stressful and all consuming.

Really glad Megan had a good time at camp! I know how it is to be in the brokeness due to that kind of thing. I'll be in the car tonight for about 3 hours to get to the teenager's basketball tournament. They play first thing in the morning so we're going up tonight.

Thanks, she did have a blast - it seems the biggest expense is really the parents sanity, well, that and freakin' gasoline! It's seriously getting out of control man.

Sorry things have been so stressful. All that driving definitely does not sound like fun. Zach & I constantly debate about when Megan will get a cell phone--it seems crazy to have them so young, but yet it also makes sense. Plus I like the fact that she will have no excuse not to talk to me :P

When it rains it pours does it not?

It really does :/ I hope things ease up soon.

And you live in the South! How insanely hot has it been the last week? Yeah, staying in the air conditioning to obsess over New Moon was not a chore. :-)

Bleh! Unfortunately this week has just been the warm-up for the real heat. I'm in denial. I totally envy you being able to obsess over the books this week. Something about experiencing them for the first time. But then again, as soon as I was done, I turned around and started all over again. Then preceded to fanfic, which I am still obsessing over to the absolute maximum... Well, you'll see. It kinda takes over your life. One of the major reasons I have been so quiet on lj as of late is because when I do have time to post, I just want to squee like someone half my age about my love for Edward Cullen.

See, I should feel ashamed, but I just can't...
