On my way directly into downtown Keystone City. There was a report that the rouge known as "Tar Pit" has broken out of Iron Heights.

I've never dealt with this guy, nor SEEN him--

One moment ... Tar Pit, real name Joey Monteleone, is composed of asphalt and magma. Keep him away from heat. Your choices for subduing him are to blow him apart--which is a bad idea, as he can re-form in minutes--or cool him off. Preferably with liquid nitrogen or something equally drastic.

I can strip a fire of heat energy putting it out easily, I just need to release the energy by firing it off into space.

Huh. I suppose it would be simplier to track the problem to it's source though. Joey M-something...*sighs* I wish I had read the Rogue profiles more throughily.

Tar Pit took himself out last time. I remember that much and it wasn't with water or liquid nitrogen.
