Can't sleep. No reason why that should be, I've been falling asleep all day. Okay, maybe it's because I've gone to bed after 3am the last three nights, so maybe my body thinks that's the right time

ambien usually worked for me so long as i was trying to fall asleep, but other than that i'm not one to give advice on being able to sleep. you can try the usual don't look at your alarm clock, don't eat or drink beforehand, or try drinking warm milk, try reading a little, try music, try no music, i dunno, i've heard it all. one person was even telling me i should try holding my eyelids open just a little when trying to sleep. whatever.
p.s. listening to black francis probably isn't great for sleeping
