Sounds and looks very lovely. I esp. admire that you guys keep up the connection over years and it's still always rewarding fun. Did you stand the whole play? Was he Ariel?
I'm happy that we're all keeping in touch too, but nowadays it's mostly via Twitter. LJ/DW seems to die slowly.
Yes, we had yard tickets, they are very cheap, only 5 pounds. There was a 15 min intermission where we sat on the ground, but other than that standing all the time. Yes, Colin was Ariel. He was fantastic, not that I have a frame of reference since it was the first time I've seen the play. Still, all the actors were really great!
I wasn't sure if DW is also dying, but we all know LJ has been a zombie for a while :(
The actors really are all very good, can't remember ever having seen a bad one, and Shakespeare is so entertaining (esp. the tragedies). I hope you walked around, like the original audience did (it's also easier than standing on one spot, I always had to be in first row in order to lean onto stage when I used to go to concerts).

There wasn't any walking around, everybody stood in their place the whole time.
