I finally got my first two massages this past week and they were so good, but way too short! I got them early in the morning, which is really nice, but especially on Friday it made me drowsy as hell. And then I got a headache and for once I decided to leave work early. Hah

ich würd erst mal schaun, ob du nicht einfach nur den Lüfter auf der Grafikkarte putzen mußt, damit er wieder funktioniert. Kann sein, dass es ein reines Überhitzungsproblem ist.

Das hab ich gleich am Anfang versucht als das Problem mit dem Geräusch aufgetaucht ist.

Letztes Jahr hatte ich auch schon mal das Problem und da hab auch aus dem Gehäuse rausgesaugt und es hat dann wieder ohne Probleme funktioniert bis jetzt. Diesmal hat's mit dem Trick nicht funktioniert. :(

ETA: Ich hab gestern auch ein Grafikkarten Testprogramm laufen lassen und die Karte überhitzt und wenn's zu heiß wird schaltet sie ab. Beim normalen Betrieb (also nur Internet und so) ist's nicht bemerkbar, aber WoW ist offenbar doch zu grafikintensiv.

Vermutlich ist irgendwie der Lüfter kaputt/funktioniert nicht mehr richtig, aber nur Lüfter austauschen ist mir zu kompliziert bzw. trau ich mir nicht zu.

bist du sicher, es ist der GraKa Lüfter, und nicht eventuell der vom Motherboard? Weil... wär blöd, wenn du 'ne Karte kaufst, und es bringt nix...

ZIemlich sicher, ich hab den Lüfter der Grafikkarte im Betrieb mit dem Finger angehalten und das laute Geräusch war weg.

Instead of a new grahpics card you could also just buy a new fan. Or a cooler like this one. I had to replace the fan of the card in my last computer, too, and I got a cooler. It worked just fine and there's no noise at all!
(Or maybe there's just something blocking the fan, or it's very dusty; you should check that first.)

I don't think I would have had the nerve to try looking for a fan or a cooler and put it on the graphics card. I bought a new one today and so far it seems to work okay, which yay!

It's always the same, things break when you least want them to. Meh.

I bought a new graphics card and my brother put it in and it seems to work fine so far. In any case, it's not so loud anymore! Yay.
